How to start training for my 10K?

I have 2 weeks to train for a 10K. I’m coming off fresh from my track season where my PR’s were 2:26 800, 5:26 1600, and 11:51 3200. I have fairly good endurance already.

What things can I do and how should I train so that I’m ready to do well in 2 weeks?
My 10K is a road race.

that isnt enough time, your body needs 2-3 weeks to improve from a workout you do today so you wont really improve from any training you do and if you do improve it wont be noticeable at all. continue training untill 3 days before the race then use that time to rest and recover to be ready for the race. the 10k is around 6 miles so you will need to eat stuff with lots of complex carbohydrates the day of the race. this includes pasta pizza and bread. eat pasta for maximum resulats though. pace yourself you are running a race that is 3 times longer then that 3200 you ran so dont start like you usually do. be sure to drink plenty of water so that you do not get cramps.. good luck with your race
